Hi, I do have a name, but for the purposes of this blog, I will be calling myself PrincessG. Musical Theatre is brilliant. I mean it, the dancing, singing and acting often combined with other forms of performance makes me respect people involved in musical theatre so much, that I allow myself to purchase an expensive (often $60+) ticket to watch a long musical show. My love for musical theatre is so great, that I will pay massive amounts of money for tickets, souvenirs and other merchandise, to see a show which I may have ALREADY SEEN or have at least seen the movie version millions of times.
It is safe to say, that I have what I like to call "Musical-theatrabsession."
In this blog, I will write about ALL THE WONDERFUL, WICKED, BRILLIANT, SUPERCALIFRAGILISTIC musicals that I pretty much see all the time!
BUT - we will be comparing musical theatre music to something else. Or should I say, someone else! LADY GAGA is an artist. A real true talent. Musical theatre tells a story. So does Lady Gaga's music. Musical Theatre includes costume, theatrics and pure brilliance. So does Lady Gaga's music videos.
THAT'S RIGHT PEOPLE - not only will this blog talk about MUSIC THEATRE, it will be comparing it to LADY GAGA!
